Importing "all clones" sometimes leaves original path

When importing games using MAME metadata and selecting the “All Clones” options, some games and additional apps will use the original location of the ROM files instead of the location they are copied/move to. This happened to multiple games when importing Sega Model 2, Sega Model 3, and Sega Naomi.

ROMs originaly located in C:\ROMs\arcade\<platform>

Set Launchbox to copy ROMs to c:\Launchbox\Games\<platform>

While downloading missing artwork I noticed that Sega Naomi games Virtua Tennis and Virtua Tennis 2 were still pointing to original path for the main Appllication, additional apps were pointing to new location. Had to do a global search and replace in each platform xml file.
