Top Left Menu

I have the premium forever license and have downloaded the newest version of launchbox 9.9. I am on Windows 10. I am unable to get the launchbox screen that shows “Launchbox Premium” in the top left corner and has the menu bar with Game, Cloud, etc.

How to I get this?

This is what I see in mine, you can show or hide bars via the view menu.
