filter by rating count on playlists

I would love it if I could add a filter to my auto-populate playlists that uses the ‘community star rating count’ field. Currently it doesn’t show up. This would make it easy to setup playlist like ‘SNES Games with community ratings over 4.5’, but not get ones that only have 5 votes.
