Scanning for added roms does not use the default emulator for a System

I’ve always had this problem and its easy to reproduce. Have a game system with several emulators. Choose only one to be the default. This emulator will get chosen when manually adding a game or when bulk importing rom files. But if you choose scan for added roms the default emulator gets ignored.
