"combine roms with matching titles into a single game" doesn't respect database details

I raised an issue in the forums, https://forums.launchbox-app.com/topic/50850-combined-roms-on-import-confusion/ , and it appears to be a bug, or perhaps a missing feature I’m not sure.

Essentially the "combine roms with matching titles into a single game" option during import doesn’t do a complete job. I end up having to run ‘consolidate roms for platform' option after importing, and it seems to make sense that we shouldn’t have to do this.
