Illegal characters in path

I am reporting that my BigBox(launchbox 9.10) has been constantly crashing due to illegal characters in path. Attached is a picture of the full description. What is needed in order to rectify the situation? Please let me know. Thanks.

    Alright, I believe I have this fixed for the next beta. It’s a theme-specific issue that has something to do with illegal file characters in the name of a platform or playlist, or something like that. Hopefully should be resolved in the next beta.
