multiple directories per platform

It would be great if I could have multiple directories per platform. For instance, for C64, I have the nointro base set, plus the tape set, which I keep in separate dirs, but would like to see them both under C64. Another use case, I’d like to have fan translations in a separate dir or subdir under the platform dir.
