Check for deleted roms does not fix apps

i did a full mame import and like how multiple roms of the same game are automatically sorted as apps inside the parent rom.

However i do not need all roms so i put only some roms in my rom folder and then let the tool automatically delete the roms (look for deleted roms)

It works and now only roms that exist in my rom folder are shown. However in the context menu still all connected app roms are still showing although not in my roms folder any longer
