USB Gamepadpad working.

Hey there, I am currently have Launch Box version 5.8 installed on a Windows 10 laptop. I've never been able to use a USB gamepad. Initially I thought I was not able to because I did not have a premium license and decided to get one to be able to play using a Tomee brand SNES gamepad.
Launch Box V. 5.8 OS: Windows 10 Retroarch - SNES / Super Famicon (Snex9x Next)

A USB Game pad in what RetroArch or LaunchBox? Both support it for free. Also, you are more then welcome to use the forums for this type of thing.
Otherwise either, in RA there is a selector under controls then Player 1 that you need to change and in the LB Options under Controllers you need to check the use controllers box then select your controller from the drop down menu. If your controllers device name doesn't show up in either it might be a driver issue.
