Lock specific systems from on-line update.

Someone may make a great collection using LB as a front-end. A collection that is so well setup that it shouldn’t be “touched” by further database updates, only by updates from the collection maintainer.
For example eXoDOS or CP78.

So… it would be nice if we were able to “tick” a system to opt-out for when we select to update stuff from online.
