Use Windows locale setting for datetime

As a Brit, it bothers me a little that the dates (last played, date added, date released etc) are in MM/dd/yyyy format. I can customise the theme in BigBox to show the date in my preferred locale way (dd/MM/yyyy), but cannot do this in Launchbox. Could LB read the locale setting of Windows and use this to format dates?
