Theme Video priorisation fails

i have all my arcade Systems set to use the Videos within /arcade Folder.

this way all my Videos are in one place no matter if i seperate my arcade Systems eg. Neo Geo, FBA, MAME and so on. all Subsystems have the same Video and Images Folders under /arcade

this way only the Standard Videos but not the theme Videos (unified) under the theme subfolder in /Videos are used.

for all my consoles the corresponding the Videos are shown. i have separate Video Folders for the console systems
