Notes indicator on audit screen

Would it be possible to get another field in the audit screen indicating whether or not notes are present in each game? It could be something as simple as a “Y” or “N", maybe clickable to take you to that part of the game options screen.

I like to make sure every game has them for completeness. Right now I have to click on every game individually and scroll the sidebar down to see if it is present. Or scroll through every game in BigBox. I think having it in the audit screen would make it far easier to see whether or not each game has one.
