Internal Horizontal Scroll Details Feature ScrollBeginDelay Bug

When using ScrollBeginDelay with the internal horizontal scrolling details, the scroll rotation does not complete properly. It stops way before all text is off screen. Not using ScrollBeginDelay works as intended. But using it breaks the feature.
