Async image loading on side bar

When selecting a game, the side bar doesn’t show the content until all the images have been loaded. On slow disks or if in a network folder, this can take up to 10 seconds after clicking the game.

I propose showing the info on the sidebar as quickly as it’s available: text and star rating would be shown inmediatly, then images would appear one after another in the order they are being read from disk. Empty placeholders would be shown meanwhile.
