Net framework problem on installation on windows 10 launchbox 10.5

Hello guys, I'm having trouble installing Launchbox: I start the installation but an error happens when installing the net framework and no longer continues. Please Help me. The image contains the error...

    Hi William, you’ll need the .NET Framework 4.8 Runtime, not just any version of the .NET Framework. You can download the version you need from here: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net48

    Most likely though, if the installer is failing, you’re probably not up to date with Windows updates. You’ll probably need to use Windows update to update everything first.
