cannot import my Steam Library

Hello, after i made the following passes to introduce my games on Launchbox it says that my account could not be accessed.

i am connect to the internet first and second my profil status is Public,

i don t understand

Feature is working as intended.

That error message typically means that either your game library is not publicly available or you passed the wrong community ID to the wizard.

There are 3 major pinch points in the process:

1. The SteamID you passed to the wizard is wrong.
2. Your profile and the profiles Game’s Library is not set to be publicly visible.
3. You have a bad SteamAPI Key (or passed it to the wizard incorrectly).

I would verify those 3 major points and then if still having a problem reach out in the forums for more help.
