Bigbox sends "Game_Quit" command after steam games launch.

Using Bigbox with LEDBlinky, my LEDS will light up correctly, and then once the game actually starts, LEDBlinky will receive a “Game_Quit” command, even though the game is still on.

reporter What about simply having Launchbox not send this event until you tell it to start another game? Maybe as a option you can toggle for certain platforms?

repo owner Unfortunately that would mess up proper LEDBlinky functionality from inside LaunchBox/Big Box.

repo owner Although, there might be a way to call that when input is detected in LaunchBox or Big Box instead. I’ll put an item on my list to look into it.

Hi Aaron, there’s not much we can do about this, unfortunately. Steam works differently than normal Windows applications in that there’s no process that we can check to see when it exits. Unfortunately launching Steam games does not provide us with visibility to when a game exits.
