Big Box doesn't scale text correctly when the monitor it appears on isn't the main Windows monitor

Big Box makes the font tiny across all themes when it is set to appear on any monitor not currently the main monitor in Windows display settings. It is especially tiny on theme menu font.

Due to the way a RetroArch feature for CRTs works (CRT SwitchRes), the CRT must be set to be the main monitor. While Big Box can be set to appear on any monitor, the font does not scale correctly when that monitor isn’t the main one in Windows display settings.
