You are trying to delete all the files in \LaunchBox\Metadata\Temp
However you did not dispose of “Visited Links” Its in use and throwing errors in the log file:

FIRST CHANCE EXCEPTION: The process cannot access the file 'Visited Links' because it is being used by another process.
at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
