Feature Request: Instant Replay Thumbnails

I was thinking of recording my own video thumbnails for Big Box and came up with this simple idea. Instant replay with the option to set as game thumbnail. Maybe integrate with Geforce Experience’s\AMD Crimson’s pre-existing software?
