Magnify box art on select

Allow for turning on/off zoom on box art of currently selected game, could be adjustable in set integers. With the new default theme & non-uniform boxes (I have many Japanese AND US games) some horizontally aligned boxes are just too small to appreciate the artwork.

I think this would be a nice touch, and since it doesn’t have to be mandatory it is quite non-intrusive.
