License Recovery form adds email to same blacklist as LaunchBox download form

When I re-downloaded Launchbox on my new Windows install, I knew I was going to have to recover my license so I decided to be proactive and take care of that first. I successfully received the license in my email, but when attempting to download LaunchBox, I got an ‘error’ (With no other message). I debugged the request being sent and tried to manually send it myself via reqbin.com. I got the same HTTP 400 response, telling me that I had already received an email. This was most likely because I recovered my license before downloading. There should be a separate buffer for different email forms.
