Improved options for importing roms

I’d like to have the option - when importing a complete set of No Intro or Redump roms - to prioritize regions and versions / revisions of roms and also to include / exclude certain types of roms, such as betas and demos. This is a list of options I’d like to have:

1. Regions: prioritize (e.g.) USA → Europe → Japan, which should result in the USA Version being the default rom and Europe & Japan being additional apps. I know this feature already exists, but I would like to see this feature in combination with the second and the third one:
2. Prioritizing different versions / revisions of a rom: e.g. if there are different revisions of a rom (rev 1); (rev 2); (rev 3); (rev A); (rev B), I’d like the importer to make the dnewest revision the default app with the other revisions either excluded or included as additional apps. So if a game has multiple rehions as well as multiple revisions, I would like the importer to give me the option to prioritize USA (rev 2) → USA (rev 1) → USA → Europe (rev 1) → Europe → Japan (rev 2) → and so on
3. The option to include and excluse samples, betas, prototypes, dems, unlicensed games, and so on. If Betas and Demos are included, they should be included as additional apps like so: USA (rev 2) → USA (rev 1) → USA → USA (beta) → Europe (rev 1) → Europe → Europe (demo) → Japan (rev 2) → and so on.

As is now, if I import a complete set of e.g. no intro roms, sometimes the older revisions will be imported as the default roms, sometimes demos and beta versions will be imported as additional roms, and sometimes EU or JP rom with different names than the default NA/US rom, will be imported as separate roms.
