Mame Save State broken with new LB version

When I launch a MAME game using LaunchBox. v10.13 (double-click OR right-click/run), the Save State through MAME gives an error that it can’t open the file. When I launch MAME from the right-click menu (in LaunchBox), Save State is successful. This was not an issue before the latest update.

Hi Drew, this is a forced anti-cheat measure that is in place if you enable uploading MAME high scores. Unfortunately, due to possible cheating, you cannot use save states with MAME if you've enabled uploading your high scores to the games database.
