Feature Request: Multi-key keyboard shortcut for Game Pause screen

I’m using LB 10.13 now, and I’m finding myself playing a lot of DOS games, lots of point and click adventures. These games have a lot of support documentation that I’d like to look at while playing, and that involves bringing up the Game Pause screen. Since I’m using a keyboard and mouse and not a controller, I’d like to press a key combination on my keyboard (something like CTRL+F12, for example) to bring up the pause screen. Currently, that binding option is limited to a single keypress. Since DOS games used keyboards for input, almost every key is accounted for in some games, like space combat or flight sims. Having the option of mapping a two key combination would be nice!
