Set amount of media download

Hello everyone!

First of all, I would like to congratulate the team for the great job they have done. I have been using the Launchbox for many years and I am very satisfied with everything that is being implemented. You guys are awesome!

Regarding what I would like to suggest, I think it would be interesting if we could define the amount of media that we are going to download through the manager, such as a game with 10 screenshots to download but I would like only 3 to be actually downloaded. This would help to avoid manual labor to delete and save space on the HD. This function would be welcome after the implementation of downloading media from stores like Steam and GOG.

This is my improvement tip.
