EmuMovies Import Messaging

Behavior: When doing import roms/bulk downloads I get similar to the error: An error occurred while trying to parse EMuMovies.DownloadServiceApi+System Manual media: Unexpected end tag. Line 3, position 3.

In digging more into it, it seems it is not an error (as such), but rather, hitting the bandwidth limit. In the middle of an update, it also spawns multiple 404. (As a note, it still allows download of Snap and Titles too)

As such is there a way to adjust/clarify the message as to not appear as an error, but some sort of warning? (Or at least a clearer message)

In retrospect... maybe a error on EmuMovies side? The error changed to Line 7, Position 3 and is downloading again. Sorry if it is on their side.

This has been brought up before by Jason and Myself and is certainly already on the list. The error handling is going to get a makeover in some respects. It is a bit hard to tell if it is the bandwidth limit or a real 404 brought on by server load or the file has since gone missing, but certainly we will try to handle this better in the future.
