2 NES Roms got merged to one game when they shouldn't

When using the merge function to merge the same game from different regions I noticed that two games (I did not check if there are otheres) that should not be merged are merged.
The games are NES roms and named: “Adventures of Lolo (USA).7z“ and “Adventures of Lolo 2 (USA).7z”
”Adventures of Lolo 3 (USA).7z” does not get merged that whay and seems fine.

Every time I consolidate the archive this games are merged again. However they are 2 different games.
I do not know what happens exactly but since it happens with this games I assume there are others two.
So there is a need to fix the merge bug and a way to detect wrongly merged games.
