Cannot scroll with mousewheel if cursor is hovering over a badge

LaunchBox version - 10.14

Issue occurs every time you attempt to scroll when cursor is positioned over a badge in images view.

To reproduce:

1. Set view to images view
2. Position cursor over any badge next to a game
3. Attempt to scroll with mousewheel

Issue can also be reproduced if cursor is not over a badge, but when scrolling it ends up on a badge. Scrolling then stops working until you move cursor away from the badge.
