PCSX2 Configurator not working when trying to create a config

When im trying to create a config for a ps2 game using PCSX2 Configurator I get the error message posted down below.

Im using LaunchBox v.10.14

windows version 1909 OS build 18363.778

This issue has only accured on one specific game at the moment. The game is XIII for ps2.

Steps to reproduce. Right klick on game and press PCSX2 Configurator. The menu pops that says create config. Press create config and problem occurs.

    We do not support third party plugins via BitBucket, please post your issue in the forums and the plugin developer may be able to assist. I believe that the issue is that you are using an older version of the plugin that is looking for the third party files in the wrong folder. Should be an update on the forum. If that doesn’t resolve your issue please make a post asking for assistance as requested.
