Disk name for CD image mount

Trying to get Elder Scrolls II into launchbox from http://www.elderscrolls.com/assets/files/tes/extras/DFInstall.zip ... this has an embedded CD image which works when you set it up in D-Fend Reloaded (profile attached), but I can't get it to work in Launchbox. My only guess is, the CD image needs to be mounted with the name 'Dagger', but there's no option in launchbox dosbox mount tab to name the mounted CD image (i.e. please add it!).

Clarifying ... embedded in the provider zip is not a CD ISO but a folder structure copied from CD, the folder needs to be mounted as a CD with label 'Daggerfall'
