mobygames integration with launchbox games database

What I would really love to see is the metadata on mobygames scraped and added to our database. I'd even like to see some of their extra fields added to our database, because they have some fantastic ones on there for finding new games like setting and narrative. They have critic reviews and staff credits, which again would make awesome additions.

I saw there was some discussion about this in a previous post and someone said mobygames didn't want people using their API. I don't know if this is a new development but their API is publicly available.

That discussion was about using mobygames as a scraper though, and I would much rather see their data integrated personally. As much as it could be anyway.
