Choose to Display/Hide Specific Regions

I’d love it if LaunchBox had a feature where you could pick and choose which regions you want displayed at any given time. AFAIK you can only sort by region, but it will still show every region. An option like on the Dolphin emulator for example would be great, as shown below:
