BigBox does not regain the top window after closing Halo Master Chief Collection

After you exit the game Master Chief Collection, BigBox does not regain top window, which forces to alt tab into BigBox. Does not seem like a major issue, but for a game of this popularity it certainly breaks the experience for BigBox.
