Could you open LaunchBox and go to your Front Image priorities and ensure the priorities look like what you would expect? Can also reset them to default now in 10.15. When done go into Big Box and go to Options and clear your image cache. Until it rebuilds Big Box will be slower than normal but should attempt to regrab your images that way.

I checked and did everything you said and the box art is still missing as shown in the video. I even manually deleted the Cache-BB folder in the LaunchBox directory.

When you edit the games in LaunchBox, do they show box art? Do the image files exist in your image folder?

Does selecting a game in LaunchBox and pressing F5 make the Box Art appear? If not can you go to Tools > Manage Platforms > Windows. Then go to the folders tab and take an image. Also could you make sure that the folder path in there is the same as the folder you have your images stored in?

Pressing F5 does not make the images load, they’re still missing. “Also could you make sure that the folder path in there is the same as the folder you have your images stored in?” None of the file paths have been changed. Everything was working perfect before the new update.

Perhaps you have the wrong image group selected for that platform? What is selected when you use the Image Group drop down at the top of the interface?

Ah crap, you’re right. 😅 The N64, Windows, and PS2 was setup as carts. I don’t ever remember changing the image-group for those platforms though. Like I said, everything was working before the update. With the new update, I even had a problem where the fanart backgrounds were zoomed in for every platform and game, and I fixed them.

I don’t follow the zoomed in thing you’re talking about. But glad your image group thing is resolved. Changing the image group is as easy as hitting a key in Big Box.

“I don’t follow the zoomed in thing you’re talking about.” Sorry, my mistake. It wasn’t the farart, it was the boxart. When I updated to 10.15 the front box-art was set as the default backgrounds for games insead of the fan art. I guess when I attempted to change it back to fan-art, I somehow selected front-box art in the image group for the platforms that had missing images.
