dynamic marquee

I would like to see if this dynamic marquee proposal is viable.

Would it be possible to add the dynamic marquee option with an exclusive theme for the marquee?

I mean for example that a system video (for example: ps2) comes out in the background, a clear logo on the left and box 3d for example on the right

This would be possible?
