Updating online tutorials

I would suggest updating the online tutorials from ETA Prime and Unbroken Software. Some of them are 4 years old and outdated for the more recent versions of Launchbox. For example, the Naomi tutorial is virtually worthless and recommends a Retroarch core that doesn’t even exist anymore. The PC-98 tutorial is another example of one that is basically useless (and needlessly convoluted) now that there is a Retorarch core that supersedes it. They should be updated every time a “new best practice” is established.
