Launchbox is displaying the wrong Images/Media for some games with similar titles in the edit dialog

The images below are an example of Lemmings vs Xmas Lemmings. XMas lemmings should have only the image from the, right as well as, some other XMas lemmings related images, but all of the images from Lemmings are shown instead with mix of some of the actual images from XMas lemmings. If I delete all of the incorrect images from XMas lemmings and then go back to the edit game dialog for Lemmings it will just show no content in the dialog. If I re-add them via Download Images/Media they will reshow up in Lemmings. I noticed this because I added a bunch of lemmings games recently and I keep having this happen.

Upon further testing it has something to do with the ROM File name, it appears that because the file I’m using is called LEMMINGS.bat things get merged. If I change the ROM file name for XMas Lemmings to say LEMMsINGS.bat, then remove the incorrect images from it, then re-download the Images on the original Lemmings entry things won’t be merged together. If I then rename the XMas lemmings rom file back to “LEMMINGS.bat” and go back to the edit game dialog – things merge again.
