Static image background for gamelist

The low res screen shots used as a background of the gamelist look really bad when blown up to anything above 1080p. I would suggest adding an option to use a static image as the back ground for the system/gamelist which also cuts down on the over all size of the media folders and helps keep a uniform look. Similar to how hyperspin uses a single background for the wheel sub menu instead of the random background screen shots that not every game has.
