Feature Request: Filter file types on added rom process

Please add a feature that when you want to search for added roms that it only show file types that is compatible with the selected emulator. For instance for PS3/RPCS3 show only file types that can be considered game files, like ISO, or EBOOT and so on. Because for some platforms it search and it shows a lot of files of different file types and then they are not even files that can be ran as a game on said emulator
