Can't Import shortcut games "Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hi 8-bit, where are you getting that error? How are you importing them?

I drag and drop a game shortcut. I get it after I press “Finish” at the end of the import process.. Pressing Yes also won’t import the game.

I’m having a hard time replicating the issue. Could you tell me on the first page when asked what type of file you are importing which you are selecting?

I drag and drop any .ink shortcut to start the import dialog. I also tried zip files etc. I get the same error.

I wonder if this is data-related. Are you on the forums? By chance, can you PM me on the forums? (Jason Carr)

Yes, it seems that it was data related. That steam plugin creates some steamdb additional apps. I removed all those additional apps and no error. Had to do some testing etc.
