LB/BB startup error - Version 11.3-beta-2

[CTRL-ALT-DEFEAT]

I just got the update for the version above and installed the .NET Core update when prompted, but now LB/BB startup with an error and will not open on launch. The loading bar for LB will continue to load plugins infinitely until killed in Task Manager or closing LB/BB.

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

I was able to get LB to launch and open by removing all installed plugins from the folder. I then re-added them, one by one and tested launching LB. The only plugin that caused the crash for me was the AddToGamesDb plugin. All others worked just fine (at least in my case).
