theme changing not working

im using 11.2 of launchbox and windows 2004 it continues I place a change of any theme and it go's into setting it and stays like that doesn't change anything or apply the themes of any kind and the only way out is using escape ive tried my settings in launchbox and big box… and I don't ever change my themes so I just don't know what is done wrong
you will see how it is stuck and then says it did it and up top it said to apply still thanks : )

The picture does not really showing anything to be honest. It just shows you applied the theme. So when you start a game does it show the new startup image?
What I do notice is you have two startup videos listed in that image (BigBox Tron Edition and Techno Knightmare) and Startup Themes is not the same as Startup videos. Startup themes is what displays when you transition from BB/LB into a game. Startup Videos (which is what BigBox Tron Edition and Techno Knightmare are) is what shows when you first boot up BigBox.
