I get this error when Launchbox updated to the newest beta 11.3 beta 5 and it never goes past this unless I close it.

This is caused by one of your plugins. Could your remove the plugins one by one from the plugin folder and let us know which one is causing it?

Luckily I only had two and it was AddToGamesDB plugin. Thanks for helping
