MOUNTAIN WIND MUSIC & AUDIO created an issue

I downloaded the free version and all of the games it downloaded do not play. The screen flashes initializing for a second and then it goes back to the main screen. I am using Mame and downloaded the update and using the programs downloaded Mame files

    This is not a Launchbox issue. Launchbox does not come with games. Users must provide their own games. It also does not download Mame files. Your best bet is to search on Youtube for set-up videos for various emulators. Set your game roms and emulators up first before trying to add them into Launchbox.
