imported systems sometimes placed incorrectly in Platform Category

Specifically, newly imported systems sometimes get placed under root in Platform Category, instead of say under Consoles, even though the user did not specify this behavior. When sub-categories were accidentally created under the root too, this can cause a lot of inconvenience because the user needs to spend time deleting all of them.

I have not tried to reproduce this issue consistently but it seems to happen more often when I renamed the system during the importing process.
