Unable to import roms because of root element missing

I am able to run all games installed, but cannot import any new roms for any platform because of this error.

I’m having the exact same issue. LB loads fine, but I can’t import any new ROMs.

Hi guys, sorry for the trouble here. Can you try going to Help > Force Update Games Database Metadata in LaunchBox? That should fix this issue. Let me know if that resolves it for you.
