Can't import Steam game Solarix

Trying to import Steam game Solarix and it’s giving that key already exists error again. I believe I reported a similar occurrence of this issue before, so here is hopefully a perfect example and data files snapshot.
Windows 10 x64 (up to date), 32GB, using LB 11.3-beta-17.

The following error occurred in the download process:
Could not import game ““: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: https://steamcdn-a.akamaihd.net/steam/apps/284990/ss_91d967e1dcb8c71cbadb88c4ace0fff3cab3062c.1920x1080.jpg
As you can see, the link just goes to a screenshot for Solarix. I definitely did not have Solarix already added to my database when I tried this, and I did a search for 284990 in all my game db ini files (just to make sure it was not only in the Windows one, but in other platforms by some weird fluke).

Could you take a screen of the error or the exact text of it and add it to the ticket please? Nothing stood out in your data but the error report may help.
