reporter Hi!
I updated windows to 2004 and I did a clean reinstall of nvidia drivers 452.06 (up to date). It did not solve the problem. I tried launchbox 11.2 and 9.9 and they had the same issue. Wierd because I never noticed this before until yesterday when I updated to 11.3.
However, I updated all my drivers with SDI Lite. The last time I used this software was last year. It found out dated drivers like bluetooth, lan, wireless, sound and chipset drivers. Now the visual glitch is almost gone. I cannot say its completly gone because it randomly happens and only happens in a few interfaces and elements when I pass the mouse over them many times. I can live with that. Thank you.

Hi Burpy, this looks to be a system-specific issue, my guess is with bad or outdated video drivers. Can you try updating your video drivers? Also, make sure your 100% up to date on Windows updates.
